Concierge Men’s Wellness (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This app at app.conciergemens.com is an educational tool and does not collect Protected Health Information (PHI).

What we collect in this app

  • Quiz answers: stored only on your device via localStorage; not sent to our servers.
  • Email sign-ups: handled by Brevo. If you submit the hosted form, Brevo stores your name/email for our mailing list.
  • Scheduling: Calendly is used for booking; data you enter there is processed by Calendly.
  • Analytics: Plausible (privacy-focused, no cookies by default) to measure aggregate usage.

Third-party services

  • Brevo (mailing list): contact data and consent management.
  • Calendly (scheduling): name/email/meeting details you provide for a booking.
  • Plausible (analytics): anonymous, aggregate usage metrics.

HIPAA note

This app is not intended to transmit or store PHI. For clinical care, telemedicine, and e-signatures, we use systems that can be configured with a BAA.

Your choices

  • Clear quiz data anytime by using the “Clear answers” button (removes localStorage).
  • Unsubscribe from emails via the link in any Brevo email.
